The Ellis House is located in the East Town Neighborhood of Rock Hill, just three blocks from downtown Rock Hill and one mile from the Indoor Sports Complex. We believe the home was built in the 1920s. It is a two bedroom, one very small bath home. It has a full eat-in kitchen with a laundry room and a large living area. The living area is large enough for a queen blow up mattress (provided) if you move the coffee table. Please no parties or events at our home. 803 area code 517-2411
